A podcast for teachers where we take an unfiltered look at what is happening in education across New Zealand.

I began this podcast to help teachers to understand what is happening in different educational contexts across Aotearoa. There is so much that we can learn from each other and my hope is that together we can lift the lid on what’s happening outside of our own schools in order to be more united as a profession.

The Name:
Throughout our careers, teachers hear and say all sorts of crazy shit! One of the craziest things I ever had to say to a bunch of students, was a detailed explanation of why it’s not a good idea to lick the inside of a rubbish bin. We’ve all got stories like this that are just too good NOT to share, that’s why I ask every interviewee to share the craziest things they’ve heard or said during their teaching journey.

The audience?
This podcast is for inquisitive teachers who are looking to learn from people outside of their own schools. They’re curious and focused on doing the absolute best that they can for their learners.
