Create services that I wish I'd had access to when I was a teacher.
1:1 coaching with someone outside of your school, is an innovative and intensive way of looking at how you can grow as a professional. I think it's just what self-determined and motivated people need to turn their goals into realities.
I'm on a mission to become the best educational coach in the world because I know that teaching is too bloody hard to do without having great support around you.
